For those unfamiliar with Thanet it is a district within Kent in the South East of England. Thanet is the place where the Romans decided to invade in order to deliver the new Emperor(Emperor Claudius) a military success. The The fleet landed at Richborough where one of the largest triumphal arches in the empire was built.
